Phenolic Blocks

Walraven's IH126K Phenolic Insulation Blocks are engineered for use with steel, copper, and plastic pipes, offering a robust solution for load-bearing and insulation needs. These blocks are crafted from high-density phenolic foam, ensuring minimal water absorption and resistance to environmental factors. They do not contain CFCs or HCFCs, making them an environmentally friendly choice for construction and industrial applications. With a K value of 0.030 to 0.032 W/m°C at 10°C and a density that varies depending on the outer diameter of the pipe, these blocks are designed to offer superior insulation properties. They feature a foil covering for additional protection and can handle temperature resistance from -50°C to +110°C. Their design includes a metal spreader plate for applications above 50 NB, showcasing their adaptability to various project requirements. These blocks comply with Class 'O' to BS476/7 for fire resistance, have an ignitability rating of BS476 Pt5, Class 'P', and emit only 5% smoke according to BS 5111
