    Shipping And Handling

    We currently only deliver within the UK, if you have a requirement for an overseas delivery please contact our sales office.

    Delivery is free of charge to the UK mainland on orders over £100 (ex VAT and linear products over 3m).

    Linear product 3m and over is subject to a delivery surcharge and will be added to the cost of delivery at checkout.
     
    Orders received before 3.00pm will be processed that day, we will do all we can to process orders received after this time on the same day.

    Where possible goods will be delivered using our own fleet of vehicles, if this is not possible then the goods will be sent using one of our reputable carriers or hauliers.

    We aim to deliver all goods the day after they are processed, our normal delivery days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We are not able to offer next day delivery to remote and over water UK locations as we are limited to the delivery schedule of our carriers, in addition, due to the nature of some of our products it may not be possible to delivery to these locations, please contact us if you have any queries.

    You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

    You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
     

    Returns Policy

    Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

    Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

    These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

    None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
